We all have our own struggles, unique background and perspectives. Oftentimes we feel alone in our challenges and perhaps fearful that others would’t understand us. Maybe there isn’t anyone in your immediate environment who would immediately understand the nuances of you particular struggle. You’re seeking to connect with others who are going through a similar experience.

GROUP THERAPY CAN HELP

It’s a supportive space to process our own experiences, and feel a sense of comfort. Hearing how others have worked through a struggle you're currently experiencing can provide a great source of hope and inspiration. It can be a wonderful supplement to other forms of therapy.

Current Group Program

The focus of this 8-week online group will be to navigate unique experiences and challenges of interracial and intercultural relationships. The group environment offers a place where participants can receive and provide support, engage in meaningful activities and exercises and learn tips and tricks that would help foster a deeper understanding of their relationship.

This program is open to any couples or polyamorous relationships that self-identify as being in an interracial or intercultural relationship. Participants must be 18+.
