WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are currently seeking full-time and part-time Psychotherapists to provide individual and couples therapy. This position is virtual in Ontario only.

The Mind Collective is a collective of highly skilled and empathetic mental health and wellness practitioners, dedicated to supporting and uplifting each member of our community.
It is important for us to honour the needs of our therapists and team members. We want to make sure that they are taking care of themselves just as they take care of the clients. Let us do the heavy lifting - including all of the admin work, marketing and filling your case load - so you can focus on what matters most to you: supporting the clients.

The ideal candidate has a Masters degree and is Registered (in good standing) with CRPO, OCSWSSW or equivalent;
The ideal candidate can be an RSW, RP, RP(Q) or equivalent;
Minimum two years of clinical experience;
Training in modalities such as CBT, EFT, IFS, Gottman Method, DBT, etc.;
Training in EMDR, sex therapy, trauma, and perinatal mental health is an asset;
Can acquire professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of $5,000,000;
Clear a vulnerable sector police check.

Strong skills in case conceptualization, treatment planning, writing and maintaining progress notes;
Well organised, efficient and punctual;
Collaborative and ability to work independently;
Can maintain a high level of self-care;
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English;
Fluency in other languages is considered an asset.
